Best recruiting video ever!

One of my coworkers, Matthew Kirk, shared this experience with me. At times I second-guessed my decision about whether to proceed with the climb. However, Matthew always convinced me to stay the course. His passion, excitement, and enthusiasm always brought me back into the game.

Matthew knows that I recruit mortgage loan officers for my company. So at one point on the hike, he threw out the idea to make a video asking recruits to complete a Kilimanjaro climb as part of their training!

We both had a good chuckle about that.

Of course, we were kidding! But how fun it is to work with people that can make you laugh during one of the most strenuous physical challenges you’ve ever experienced.

One of our mottos at ABMG is “Work hard, play hard!”

When people get together in new, fun, or unusual settings, you create bonds that you can’t make in ordinary settings. You draw on each other’s strengths and problem-solve to work through challenges together.
