Climbing Kilimanjaro with Justin Caplan – Part 2

I saw this quote last week, and it immediately made me think of our extraordinary trip.

We have the most wonderful sense of accomplishment, and we’re so excited to share about all that we experienced.  

But where do you start? This video of one of our sherpas may be one of the best places to begin because you can see how he radiates joy about his job.

Can you even imagine if we walked into the office singing and bringing this kind of energy? His enthusiasm is contagious!

I know I learned many lessons on this trip that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

The lesson learned here is that my attitude affects others. So what are some things I can do to bring that kind of energy and positivity to my team?

I’m excited to move forward as I work on ways to be a light to those around me.
